Dip de 4 quesos (Cheese Fonduta)
INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces smoked mozzarella cheese, shredded (queso Mozarella)
- 8 ounces provolone cheese, shredded (queso provolone)
- 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese ( queso parmesano)
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning ( sazonador Italiano)
- A pinch of red pepper flake ( pedacitos de picante)
- 1 tomato, diced ( tomate picadito)
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley ( perejil)
- 1 loaf Italian bread cut into slices or bite-sized pieces (Pan rebanado)
DIRECTIONS
- Pre-heat your oven to 450F.
- In a large bowl, combine the sour cream with the mozzarella cheese, provolone cheese, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flake.
- Spray a 1.5 quart casserole dish with non-stick spray (you can also use a pie plate like I did).
- Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
- Bake for 15 minutes, until the mixture is melted and bubbly. If you’d like the top extra browned, broil for an additional 2-3 minutes, but make sure to keep an eye on it so it doesn’t burn. Garnish with diced tomatoes and parsley.
- Bake the bread slices for 5 minutes then serve immediately (you can put the bread in the oven as the dip is baking).
- Pre-Calienta horno a 450 grados. En un envase grande, combina el sour cream con queso mozarella,provolone,parmesano,sazonador italiano y pedazos de picante en hojitas.Añadir engrasador a la caserola de horno que usara para que no se pegue el queso O puede utilizar molde de aluminio desechable. Echar la mezcla de quesos en el envase a usar. Hornear por 15 minutos , hasta que se derrita y haga burbujas. si te gusta as quemadito en la parte de arriba dejar de 2-3 minutos addicionales, asegurandote de no quitar la vista de encima para que no se queme.. Al remover del horno adornar con tomate y perejil.
- Hornear los pedazos de pan por 5 minutos y servir inmediatamente. ( Puede añdir los pedazos de pan mientras esta el dip en el horno, si gusta.)
