Salsa de queso parmesano
1 cda Mantequilla (spoon,butter)
2 dientes Ajo (peeled garlic)
2 taza Leche (cup,milk)
3 cdas harina (flour)
1/4 mostaza dijon (mustard)
Pizca Pimienta (black pepper)
Pizca sal (salt)
1 1/2taza queso Parmesano (cup, parmesan cheese)
Directions:
Añade los ingredientes en el orden de la lista, pero espera la leche algo tibia antes de echar siempre revolviendo constantemente. No dejar hervir remover del fuego en cuanto va a empezar a hervir.
